Do Not Sell or Share My Information

Some state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended, give you the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information. Those terms are defined broadly enough that passing a quote request to an insurance carrier or licensed agent may qualify, even though we do not sell information for unrelated advertising.

What we do with quote information

When you submit a quote request, we share what you submitted with insurance carriers, licensed agents, and partners so they can price and follow up on your request. That is the purpose of the form. We do not sell your information for unrelated third-party advertising.

How to opt out

Use the contact form and write "Do not sell or share my information" in the message. Include the email address and phone number you used, so we can find your record. We will process the request and confirm when it is done.

You can also ask us to delete the information we hold about you, or to tell you what we hold. Same form, same detail — tell us which request you are making.

Authorized agents

You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may ask for proof that you gave the agent permission, and we may ask you to verify your own identity directly.

No discrimination

We will not deny you services, charge a different price, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised a privacy right.

Requests already in motion

Opting out does not undo sharing that already happened. If a carrier or agent already received your request, contact them directly about the information they hold — their own privacy policy governs it.
